Adam D. Pringle had a passion for football that literally took him halfway around the globe. He had a vision to bring professional indoor football to his hometown, and when Adam set his mind to something, it was as good as done.

On March 13, 2007, the  Muskegon Thunder played their first home game at L.C. Walker Arena in front of a standing-room-only crowd. Adam was a co-owner along with parents Don and Julia, the director of football operations, and a starting noseguard on the field.

He was tragically killed in a snowmobile accident on January 18, 2009. Adam was survived by Amber, his wife of one year. The organization retired his No. 36 jersey at their home opener on March 13, 2009.

"Thank you Adam for your motivation and inspiration!"
